Civil Liberty Group To Sue AT&T For Collaborating With NSA
An online civil liberty group, the Electronic Frontier Foundation has filed a class-action lawsuit against AT&T Tuesday, accusing the telecom giant of violating the law and the privacy of its customers by collaborating with the National Security Agency (NSA) in its massive and illegal program to wiretap and data-mine Americans' communications.. Is Cingular Wireless concerned as well by this class-action lawsuit??

Sure, let them file class-actions and 1billion dollar suits, etc, etc. this is going nowhere, it's been proven before that such actions take lots of time, and money (oh yeah we're in america, lawyers are always winners regardless of the outcome of the case) and never conclusive.
We're dealing with the NSA here, even hearings abt the NSA are secret and never made public...
