Today Muslims all over the world celebrate the birthday of Prophet Mohamed صلى الله عليه و سلم. The pic is not of this year but at least it reminds me of a delicious recipe, Assida Zgougou ( pine nuts pudding) that most Tunisians now tend to prepare on the occasion of the Mawlid instead of the traditional white flour pudding topped with olive oil and syrup or honey.

umm.. I'm not sure it's celebrated all over the muslim world... I thought it wasn't in SA for instance?
