All Comments Are Welcome Except Some

I just found out that blogs can be a tool for a bunch of jerks to post their ads in the area reserved for comments. Unfortunately some ads are about obscene websites. I can block the option of receiving further comments but this will deprive other honest and interested readers from leaving their comments, what should I do?.
