Mon cher Hannibal, cette phrase est admirable et c'est bien que tu la cites.
Chacun est responsable pour partie de ce qui va et de ce qui ne va pas. Pour que les choses qui ne vont pas changent un peu, chacun doit agir personnellement, sans attendre que le voisin le fasse. On doit en toute circonstance commencer par soi, par son propre examen de conscience, et transformer ces réflexions en actions positives.
