Weird though, I was just talking to a friend from US about Hispanic immigrants.
Yep, I've seen this mainly on the 405 from LA to San Diego, but it was to warn drivers I think!
@Samsoum: to warn drivers to be cautious that there might be illegal immigrants crossing the highway:P If it was a warning sign only there is no need to picture a whole family running away:)
