Muslims & Jews: Time For Dialogue?

Here is an an article by Professor Akbar Ahmed, the Ibn Khaldun Chair of Islamic Studies at American University in Washington, DC, whom I personally know, and Judea Pearl, President of the Daniel Pearl Foundation. The two scholars call for

an urgent and powerful international dialogue between Muslims and Jews to air basic grievances and search for common ground and shared goals.

Inspired by their dialogue program, "The Daniel Pearl Dialogue for Muslim-Jewish Understanding featuring Akbar Ahmed and Judea Pearl.", Akbar and Pearl identify a set of position statements that Jews and Muslims want to convey to, or hear from, each other.
