I think this is all bull.
The perpetrators seem to focus on commentaries and not the original content itself.
I totally oppose this kind of 'regulation'. My stand is that a rude article deserves a rude comment.
If they want to bring 'civility' to the web, then they must impose 'regulations' on original articles/contents itself.
